Would Ken Allen be a secured or unsecured creditor? Were his loans made with a signed agreement or contract? Nothing I've read on statements or releases by NME indicate there was a signed loan agreement rather a statement and could this be why he is pursuing the process in this manner? If unsecured and receivers called in the debt may only be partially recovered if at all, I sincerely hope it never gets to that stage and is settled amicably...interesting times ahead!
Pure speculation/theory on my part as I have not or ever will see the loan transaction documentation. All in my opinion.
