Any expert accountants here? Does NME need to raise the $1.5m as an provision for JV costs on its accounts. I understand they are disputing the amount which is another matter of course but my understanding is would be on the financial accounting standards book treatment side of things wouldn't it raise an capitalised Kookynie expenditure asset and Provision for accounts payable liability on the balance sheet?
