Do you know anything ??? 1 share = 1 vote. MCT needed to action a T/O so they have full disclosure of their intentions. If they get to over 51% of NME ownership. Then they will have the majority of votes. If they reach majority before the next agm. Then expect some serious change to the NME Bod. The existing Bod may still hold shares but their votes will be negated if they don't vote with MCT. And another thing you are wrong about, and are too blind to see. Is that I dont hold MCT shares.
