Well beyond a farce....imo JB should stand down immediately.
Maybe us SH's should get together and take action ourselves.
This is going to drag on for another few months until the 12 month TO bid expires.
Then what? back to square 1.
I can't see how NME will raise any $$ in a rights issue....so no ability to fund exploration expenditure.
The way things are heading, both companies will go to the wall.
