They might be as you say Penny Stocks, but that doesn't and shouldn't excuse any Directors from accountability for their actions when using other peoples money and therein lies the problem.
If i misuse our money in our household budget my missus is the first to let me have it with both barrels, that's called accountability, sadly lacking in today's world it appears.
