( Supreme court case against Nex to pay $1.28 mill and as mentioned in the above chairmans address is still on foot) their words not mine read it again and I took that to believe on foot means ongoing ? I honestly dont know all this legal jargon meanings, some one else might know! maybe madau? Regarding Li at Mt Surprie, well I guess we have to give them a chance to get organised to drill it. And Im hoping management have learnt some valuable lessons, stop the nonsense , and yes , turn things around for all us S?H bennefit. I like everyone else feel the frustration.
