wow, so MCT are alleging two QC's (Richter and Percy) are among the shareholders who acted illegally, That's a pretty serious accusation. They would want to be pretty sure on their facts or it could backfire on them in a big way (and by them I mean us shareholders) as there could be a countersuit for damages or defamation.
What a mess.
