If ASIC had any balls, they themselves should have been able to determine if votes cast were valid, but apparently not.
If anyone watched last nights 4 Corners story on Greywolfe and Lithium Gold Australia, it's plain to see how apathetic ASIC are to investors who've been blatantly ripped off.
Their response to Greywolfe etc......nothing to see here.....no proof...all good. WTF.
