There is rule and there is clear evidence that some of them were not followed the rule.
Article says 5 SH are claiming that they gave authority then what about 18 SH? we are talking about total 23% of voting power. From my memory at last GM, MCT needed 5-10% voting to remove current board (not clear correct me if I am wrong)
Anyway we will see the decision on Wed.
