We will await the decision from the judge non the less and move on from that issue, My thoughts are NME directors could face a suspension or maybe a fine for the proxy vote indiscretions. I'm sure this has happened in the past but maybe not so much involving silks.

Appin as you know market won’t move on from this debacle, if guilty nme will be punished for years to come and mct will be decimated if they don’t win, who will trust mct with their money after this failure

who ever gets this decision in their favour will do better and other will be punished all imo
