I'm no lawyer, but my understanding is that the "Effis" group
tried to prevent MCT from taking court action to review the
proxies submitted by K Allen at the AGM & GM, It appears
that that action by Effis group was dismissed with costs
and the court action by MCT to review the options submitted
by K Allen will go ahead.
If memory serves me correct that hearing is set for the end of
September,
But I"m happy to be corrected by legal expertise.
