I would assume with their wisdom they would have checked out the value of what NMG has.
Assuming RSG will succeed.
OK they offer 1 note for each share @ 12cents on which they will pay 8% interest over 3 years.
This note can be converted within 3 years to shares.
It is a win/win /win situation -
Interest 8%
an free option for 3 years which PAYS you.
If it doesnt work out at the end of 3 years you get yr money back.
And youve have the expertise of a winner
