Interesting announcement, always good to see a company adding assets and seeking to generate cash flow from them. But, I note a capital raise for $14M is announced with the current market cap being $13M. So they will ask us for money and also dilute our current holdings. The price will be 0.03 to 0.07 they say. I hope the strong gold price helps this be a higher number.
This is with the vendor provinding finance, but requiring a payment in December. A bit of a tight rope walk of things to happen to land this whole deal.
