Immuron were not producing any type of vaccine, it was an acquisition that was fraudulently blocked by the ASX who had no business in doing so. The reasoning given was that it was not aligned with the existing 'nature of business' of the company, despite Immuron having already been involved in vaccine development with the NMRC. What transpired was the very definition of both corruption and agenda-driven politics.
