The Board / Management should look at the best of the best on the ASX and US markets in this space.
One to model growth off might be Data 3, who've done a great job over last 20+ years.
The combination of Infrastructure, Software and Services has been key to their success.
Need a solid base in one of them to build the others and I think it makes sense to build the infrastructure first.
