Just seeking clarity from a recent ASX release, I thought the departed fellows according to this release founded it?

"Paul and Kevin founded NEXION in 2017, merged with the Metro IX data centre in Belmont, Western
Australia to form NEXION Group and then rapidly grew the company from a start-up to a significant
technology services operation with annualised revenue of $9.6M. The Board thanks them for their
contribution over many years and wishes them well in their future endeavors."

Also, and I stand to be corrected don't the conditions of the prospectus need to be met ie a home for the shortfall be found (just under 2 million dollars) before the NZ acquisitions occur? I note the 3/3/23 ASX release and the dates mentioned there of which both happen in the next two weeks!
