Also, and I stand to be corrected don't the conditions of the prospectus need to be met ie a home for the shortfall be found (just under 2 million dollars) before the NZ acquisitions occur? I note the 3/3/23 ASX release and the dates mentioned there of which both happen in the next two weeks!

Yes, Paul and Kevin started NExion Networks, Dan and Simon started Blue Sky, I setup S1. Its somewhat irrelevant.
