    NEXION already has a very strong team of senior managers. For BAU operations, it doesnt need anyone additional . It needs a new CEO to manage the acquistion growth strategy and ASX-facing work, but if all Nexion did was continue to trade in Perth, it can do that without any new people on the payroll.
