@Paccman Point 10. Selling the DC might be an option at some point. It has a carrying value of $300k and a replacement cost of $12M so there's equity in the asset.

I'm not sure what revenue/profit is generated from Nexion's Belmont DC, but surely it makes much more sense at this juncture to sell this to fund acquisitions/working capital and avoid the need for a dilutionary raise at what appears significantly undervalued prices.?
