Very good point. Two challenges are timing and margin. It will take time to prepare it for sale then sell it. 2. Its a great asset and gives us a price advantage when hosting compute and data as a service. If I sell it then there’s a quick capital sugar-rush but the npv of the margin lost to the new owner in rack power and comms costs is much larger.
