AVZ have 2.7 billion worths of market cap evaporated, other stocks lost about 80% of the market cap coming out from something absolutely terrible.

This NNG trading halt / suspension is more likely a negative one than a positive one in my opinion, no reason for a company to suspend trading for two months due to an acquisition of another business.
