Agree. I think Management got either scared, or forced into the suspension.

Chart had reached a technical breakout at the same time as they were discussing a transaction and they choose (or got forced) to stay suspended, instead of simply restating what had already been communicated to the market in the half yearly (A new wholly owned subsidiary Nexion Infrastructure Pty Ltd was incorporated on 16 January 2024 for the purpose of holdingadditional data centre property assets.) and that they were in discussions, but they had not been finalised and may not progress.

There needs to be an announcement first thing Monday either way and Directors should make sure this is trading again as well.
