$250k for a public listed company director salary is quite normal nowadays though. Given a lot of mid-senior occupations at a public listed company are also easily sitting on a $200k base salary plus bonuses package.
The only issue is they didn’t make the company turning profits hence people will be judging on how much money they are getting paid vs their performances
