I doubt acquisitions will be finalised until share price is higher , as NNG still have preference for equity funding , understandably . You don't want to issue 150 million shares @ 2c to raise $3 million . Also doubt price will be higher until Escrow stock overhang is worked out . Hopefully it all works out as Pro-forma numbers look good
