Long and short of it is.... someone sees confidence in the business that they are happy to part with $21M. I understand this is debt, but as a share holder, I prefer company takes on debt rather than continued capital raise to dilute my share price.... I think this is a positive move forward.
Also PARC would have done their homework on NNG before handing over the cheque book.
