How can the share price rally when the Company has no leadership and is a cum a 1 for 1 rights issue basically.
The only course of action available is to hire a new CEO, abandon the announced acquisitions, demonstrate the core business can grow organically, get the share price to rally, look for new corporate targets that are of more modest size and then go from there
