Obviously I can’t provide market updates on HC so the equity raise is a no-go zone, needless to say the share price being crushed by a seller of net 7m shares makes that deal great for new equity but less great tor existing holders. There’s always a plan B and in fact it’s already been enacted. Plan A was a corporate overhead of 1.5m and revenue of 15m. Plan B was overhead of $800k and revenue of $8m. The action taken in February adjusted the overhead to $800k.
