Dicker Data resells other peoples tech at low margins and delivers a good outcome. Its only bad business if you do it badly.

"grow via rollup of other low margin "tech" businesses":

The target acquistions deliver up to 19% EBITDA which in most industrial businesses is relatively high.

"still no CEO hired months after last guy was given the bullet":

Because adding $300k to the payroll defeats the purpose of reducing the payroll to make a profit. If said CEO brought $3M of revenue with her from day 1 then great but I havent met one of those in the local tech market in a long time. Nasser is doing an outstanding job running the existing business so there isnt a need for a new CEO untl the new strategy is in place.
