Agree with the payroll - Some competitors (specialised in government cloud & cyber security) burns over $10m on staff costs and $3m on admin / corporate cost annually whilst only generating approx 5m+ revenue.
But not sure how the M&A strategy will affect the share price given the amount of cheap new shares floated onto the market as part of acquisition
