Risk & Opportunities co-exist in this sort of acquisition arrangement, all major tech firms does that to expand fast into a new region, regardless if the business itself is being profitable or not.
Take WeWork and Uber as a prime example, funds are interested in pouring money into them for acquiring new businesses offshore.
If Kevin / Paul have dump their shares at the current price, so be it, they have paid significantly more to acquire the shares in the first instance anyways. But other than that, didn’t see any current directors would’ve dump their shares, but rather they have been investing more capitals into the business
