There are probably better examples like Constellation Software and Converge Technology Solutions but your point is spot-on in that investors are seeking accretive growth stories or exponential organic growth stories. Slow organic growth is ok if your in the $1B+ marcket cap but its not compelling in the microcap tech world.

Interetsingly though, they havent sold any shares and to my knowledge arent silly enough to cap their own SP by taking $ off the table in the short term.
