I cant recall another ASX listed Company that has so regularly flagged equity raises, transactions which then don't launch for months. No wonder people rarely get in market and buy stock, why would you when you know a raise at a discount is coming. Its ECM 101, dont talk about a raise until you are ready to suspend a stock and launch the deal.
It is just nuts
