Agreed with some regarding business strategy and executive team structure.
But something I do see differently being the fact that:
1) No other major tech firm globally apart from Google / Amazon / IBM / Alibaba / Microsoft has the capacity to build the cloud infrastructure.
- So reselling other people's tech seems to be a viable solution for smaller tech firms looking to step into this cloud industry.
2) All tech start ups have similar trajectory (negative cashflow) until they have found some larger firms that are willing to invest (MP1 / NXT) to breakeven.
3) This company does have over $1.5m cash available and proven revenue stream (but not in an organic growth as you have suggested) - Hopefully this is something that can be reversed in the future leadership change.
4) Some people may see "Cyber Security" / "Data Centre" / "Cloud Business Integration" as the future and willing to invest in NNG - Appreciate you are yet convinced these are considered as "Technology" businesses.
