Yes, I realise there is a back door listing on the cards, hence my comments that they are getting ready for the transaction.
I guess you have to ask yourself, do you want to own a big percentage of a really small company, or
Would you be better off owning a small percentage of something large and growing.
I'd take the latter every day of the week.
If the deal vends in a quality asset, that attracts fund managers and institutional investors, that will be great.
Maybe other assets can then follow in the next 12 - 18 months as well to build a major player in the category.
I do hope loyal, long term shareholders get a chance to participate in any raise on the same favorable terms offered to sophisticated investors.
