NNGN are fully paid Deferred shares according to the announcement made on on the 6th December 2022 under unquoted securities. Section 4.1

So I am not an adviser but I am guessing (yes guessing) given the numbers that they are the shares associated with the offer just done eg for each share you took up you also have one NNGN ... but don't rely on me. I base this on that the announcement on the 25 November said code to be assigned ... So that was as clear as mud but in affect after the Options exercisable at $0.10 expiring 31 December 2025
