That guys has no business posting on this forum. Getting on here and telling select members of the public basically intimate details of the Company and financial situation, as well as implicitly repudating what he said to prospective investors in his own prospectus shows spectacularly poor judgement.

The is a reason almost no other director of a public company would post on here, ever. Let alone mocking posters with references to mental handicap.
