It is the one made with PARC and thus undrawable to keep the company from using it to fund ordinary operations rather than the acquisitions.
No reason to buy until the next Q comes about and shows that the ship is actually turning around. One glitch and the Company is out looking for funds again. Too many promises made before by this head office to believe the latest ones.
Then as soon as the ship does turnaround and share price rallies - boom! a cap raise right between the eyes for these acquisitions. its a terrible set up for an equity investor.
