Yeh a lot of payments made were towards previous months trade payables hence acknowledging the deficits for this 4C.
But honestly for the company this size (50-100 employees) and with 300 odd thousands in the bank is definitely worrisome.
Was initially expecting around $1.5m cash before 4C and $300-$500k operating deficits after this 4C leaving the company still floating around $1m cash.
