The difficulty with commenting is that the other party is still actively trying to do a transaction and the last thing I want to do is cloud that. Needless to say that having thrown everything at getting the deal over the line and coming within a whisker of having it done, it just couldnt be completed. The other party is working with us to get NNG back to trading so there's no animosity, Just a complex deal that was hard to complete. We dont have time to consider hindsight but Im sure that will come. Right now we are working getting the balance sheet in shape so that we can come back on the boards better than where we left off. The DC sale helps. That was carried at $0 so is now a $2.2M asset. We keep the revenue so its not negative for the top line of the P&L either.
