With one day remaining the company told holders that they did not need to send funds that day (they said there was an extra week) then, after that day passed, management reftacted the extension.
So some holders acted in reliance to what the company said and were screwed because of it. That is why people are upset.
After missing out I promptly bought at .048 so I am not personally upset, but it was bad mismanagement by the company and they have reduced the amount of money raised.
