Zoleo would be a more affordable solution and likely to face less resistance in some countries, but it still may be certain countries do not allow the sale of satellite communication devices as it may not be able to be monitored on their infrastructure as they would like. Take China for example.
Bit I agree and like the idea, just a matter if jurisdictions it would be suitable for.
