I think some holders got nervous because the EGM hasn't been announced. In the January quarterly the company said the EGM would be announced "in the coming days". Unfortunately the market doesn't react well when those type of commitments aren't fulfilled. The company had an opportunity to say something yesterday but didn't. That makes it worse.
On a positive note, it's good that the Coronavirus isn't having a material impact on CT1's plans. Initial projects in China are progressing.
