Different strategy to APT. APT going direct to merchants, whilst SPT going to major merchant acquires/integrators. Whether the strategy works is ultimately unknown, this year was meant to bear fruit for all the integrator's they signed in the last 12 months. Not sure how coronavirus is going to affect.

Other thing is they are going after a very different market then APT (millennials without credit cards vs credit card market). Both have their advantages and disadvantages imo.
