Just got a call and I advised the lass I will be voting No. Furthermore she can tell management that they should resign after having placed SBM in this situation. I could hear her typing away. I got the feeling I wasn't the only one angry at management. I told her I prefer the SLR deal and they should have long ago had dialogue with them.
