Directors are meant to act in the best interests of the shareholders.
They should allow SLR to perform due diligence in the hope of getting a better offer.
Had they acted on this offer 4 weeks ago a lot of the conditionality would have been removed by now.
Seriously worth testing the integrity of the directors with ASIC in my view.
I suspect some of the larger shareholders will do just that.
SLR have cash producing operating mines up and running now. Unlike GMD they aren't a paper tiger.
On an operational basis they pose much less risk in my view.
