So...
SLR Implied value for Gwalia is $ 718M (announcement 31st of May). All that is needed is two weeks to run due diligence ahead of Taurus granting funding (its the 2nd of June today - so this can be completed well before the end of June).
On the other hand, the pup we are being sold by those currently steering (?) this ship is a circa 624.2 (as summarised in the Fin Review on May 29th - using end Monday numbers).
Who is prepared to give up nearly $100M just because those in charge wont grant SLR the right to complete due diligence.
If you aren't prepared to give that sort of coin away then SLR have provided a recommendation in relation to the vote we all have.
