By their third time approaching SBM improving the offer each time would seem validation of their interest in the purchase of Leonora. Due diligence then from my point of view as a share holder gives me the opinion SLR will discover the true higher value of the asset and in turn expose the undermining coercive tactics by the board.
This example is exposed in the 4th underlined paragraph of the notice above.
I would offer due diligence to both parties simultaneously making it fair and transparent then leave it at a bidding offer from both parties. This will also show the seriousness from them both.
