Noble has agreed to contribute ten percent (10%) of Northern Railway’s pre-development costs associated
with completing the necessary assessments to attain the grant of a rail concession and other
agreements with the Government of Mongolia.
nothing to do with funding the rail development rather money to fund pre development of the study
they still have to find over 1 billion
