    realistically NHE is f*ed without cash in hand. What would you rather. Not have the funds to proceed with drilling and testing?
    it is a vicious cycle. I am just glad I didn’t jump in when it was in the 20’s.
    13c seems quite a bargain. Especially when it hits 25c again.
