I think it's quite simple - if you issue $14m worth of shares at a steep discount and include a free option with every share subscribed for - this is bound to happen in the short term.

Insto's will simply take the fee, sell the stock, and maintain exposure through the free options. They'll be even more inclined to do this approaching a traditionally quiet period in the market (Xmas/New Year) and even more so if no major company-specific news is anticipated in the very near term.

Not ideal for NHE shareholders right now but it will eventually flush through the system. Importantly, they now have sufficient cash to determine whether they have both a conventional and non-conventional helium discovery of global significance.
